Now that your guests have sent in the rsvps, you can begin to plan out the seating arrangements for the reception. To help you visually determine where guests will be sitting, we have created round table settings that will seat 6, 8, or 10 guests. Click here for the worksheets.

Wedding tip: when you are brainstorming where guests should sit and who they should sit with, use sticky notes in different colours to represent different groups (e.g. yellow for family, green for friends). This way, you can play around with your groupings without having to correct any mistakes! Click here!

Wedding Day Photography Worksheet
It's your wedding day and your wedding photos will help you to remember your wedding forever. Use our wedding day photography worksheet to help you keep track of those "must have" photos. Print out this worksheet to write down all the group photos and family shots that must be taken (e.g. bride and groom with both sets of parents, bride with her bridesmaids, bride with mother and grandmother to showcase three generations, groom with his groomsmen, bride and groom with grandparents, out of town guests, etc.).

Wedding tip:Give one copy to your wedding photography and one to a close and trusted friend to help you keep track of which photos have been taken and which still need to be done.
