Can lace shoes go with a lace gown?

My wedding gown is made of lace. Will lace shoes match my gown?


Whether or not lace shoes will match your gown is really dependent on its design.

As a general rule with accessories (e.g. shoes, jewelry, hats) they are meant to complement and accentuate the gown, not overpower it. Thus, elaborate gowns are best accompanied by shoes with more simplistic designs. If your lace wedding gown has a simple design however, then lace shoes may complement them well.
