When I was first introduced to Simon Christl, he was beginning his journey into the world of weddings with 20 years of guitar experience under his belt. At a later date, I had the pleasure of visiting his website and of sampling his guitar music online. I then realized the potential Simon can bring to the magic of weddings.
Simon specializes in Celtic, light jazz, and contemporary music. I decided to write this feature after listening to his sample tracks, "Rose of Allendale" and "Karrickfergus", both are Celtic.
I was moved by the flow and tranquility of the two pieces and appreciated what they could offer to couples looking for that warm, smooth feel perhaps at their wedding reception or to walk down the aisle with.
