I am beginning to plan my menu now for the reception and I have a few guests who are vegetarian. How do I go about arranging this?
Your wedding day will be a very busy day for you so it is important that you have a reliable and trustworthy caterer or manager at your reception hall who can handle the coordination of your guests’ meals.
Communicate with your caterer and/or manager and let them know in advance of guests who are vegetarian and where they will be sitting. Inform them of any changes to the seating arrangements.
As a precaution, have a reliable friend or family member to follow up on the meal arrangements on the day of the wedding so you can focus on your big day.
